Supra-Iceman
Hi! Yesterday I noticed that my radiator cap leaks coolant, not very much but a few dropps after 30min driving! So how do i fix this ? Is it leaking because my boost pressure is higher then stock? Should i get a Apexi radiator cap Rated to 1.3kg/cm2 ? The stock is Rated to 1.2kg/cm2, right ? Many Thanks in advance
Ric
Just buy a new stock radcap. Your boost pressure has nothing to do with coolant pressure
Kranz
Probably a replacement stock cap will do the job. If you fancy upgrading to a 1.3 bar just make sure the rest of the cooling system is able to take the pressure increase. Give it a good check over and flush to be sure something else won't fail. Kranz
1 Bar (14.7 psi) I believe.
