martynb
I didn't think this would be a problem but I've just called my local Toyota Centre and they tell me that 6N0 which is the gunmetal silver doesn't come up on their computer? Anyone know where I could source some please? Cheers
Piran
halfords do a paint matching service but personally I just went to the nearest paintshop I could find and bought a spray can of paint and one of lacquer and then spray into a small container and paint on with a model brush (00)

Mine came from Hawkins Toyota, Epsom 020 8224 3030 HTH

Mine came from Hawkins Toyota, Epsom 020 8224 3030 HTH But I think the problem is that 1B9 is a colour used in the UK whereas 6N0 isn't? The person I spoke to was very helpful and spent quite a while trying to get the toyota database to recognise it, but it simply wouldn't have it. I only want to do a couple of stonechips... chazuk
Best way if you can not get the colour code or can not find some one to mix that code , if you chip a tiny piece of paint off from under the bumper were it is out of sight take this to your local paint dealer , near me is "total concept" paint's unsure if this is uk wide dealer , but alot of places have a machine that will analyze the paint and then mix paint for you, I have done this load's of times . ps the paint you get from halford's is not 2 pac paint it's cellouse , and also you will find it very hard to blend the paint in and get a good finish with a can. If you need any help pm me "my other skill is a automotive sprayer"

martynb
Thanks for the advice guys - went to my local paint shop and they mixed me a small jar. Bizarrely the official toyota name for what most people call "gunmetal" is "mica metallic green". The green bit is hard to spot imho
