I have J-Spec TT all I need is a code for a battery I dont need one with bells on as car does not have any ICE. RobSheffield Posted March 9, 2007 Share Posted March 9, 2007 Mark, batteries for cars dont normally have bells on, are you thinking of pushbikes maybe? Halfords HCB005 iirc is the one. jamesmark Posted March 9, 2007 Author Share Posted March 9, 2007 I got the 005 one but not from Halfords as they wanted £70appx the guy said so £48.97 and 3 year warranty from Bullseye (local parts chain in Yorkshire sure Rob will know it) So car now starts first time well almost. Changed the battery car started revs went up as usual but then instead of settling down it cut out, this happened a few times till i sat in the car and caught the revs now after a few high revs it now starts ok, is this usual? for a battery first time incase its not quite got enough charge.
