Ford or Shelby never made one, it was a 68 stang with a pretty bodykit made specifically for Gone in 60 seconds. Total Control Products made most of the kit and continue to sell it to this day. Pete Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 I toyed with this when the kits first came out, but it's not so easy finding a mint chassis to work with, then parts aren't so easy to come by - especially if you'd want to stay as genuine as possible. So much so that I have been seriously considering getting a 60's mustang for a while now, one that I can restore. Preferably it'd be a '68 fastback like that, or an early convertible one.
