Feakins Posted March 6, 2007 Share Posted March 6, 2007 I find it hard to eat the recommended 2500 calories and im currently doing weights so would of thought I should have more than that. I mean a bowl of cereal must be 200ish, Lunch 600 at most then that leaves dinner which has to be 1700 calories?? Maybe a few snacks in between but still 2500 is a lot of calories.
