michael
A chap from http://www.auction-tokyo.com emailed me to ask for his site to be linked from mine, this isn't an issue but before I add it I just wanted to see if anyone had experience of them. If nothing else it provides links to English versions of the Japanese Yahoo! Auctions.
loks
Sorry no experience here but certainly an interesting site. First one I looked at was a bit dodgy though. Check out the white spoilerless one... http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Flist1.auctions.yahoo.co.jp%2Fjp%2F2084016664-category-leaf.html%3Falocale%3D0jp%26mode%3D1&langpair=ja%7Cen&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&prev=%2Flanguage_tools Why would you install a 3S-GTE engine into a Supra? Gaz6002
Why would you install a 3S-GTE engine into a Supra? Weight distribution is closer to 50/50. Do a search for more info
loks
Yeah, I know they do this for JPGT racing cars but for a road going car? Must mean it was done for racing it (?) and therefore not a great selling point IMO

michael
How do i bid on something using that site michael? any idea? how do i find out if the seller is willing to post to uk? I think you need to create an account with them here: http://www.auction-tokyo.com/getID.html I presume they will get in touch with all the information you need from then onwards. It doesn't really matter where the seller wants to post the item to, the idea is that this company get it sent to them and then send it on to the buyer. Please be aware that I posted the link to them to ask for feedback rather than it being a recommendation, don't shout at me if they are useless

garethr
For Yahoo Japan, try http://www.f1kits.com Jeff Harper is well known on the Soarer forums (he translated the Soarer wiring diagrams from Japanese to English, and he's doing the Aristo at the moment). This is his section on the Aussie Soarer forum http://soarercentral.com/sc-forum/messages/1812/1812.html?1172749461
