Lunar eclipse

It's an old HP945, no anti shake, on a tripod didn't help either. I think at max zoom for such a long exposure even the slightest bit of wind is causing a slight wobble.

Cheers. It's a nice result apart from the shake. Reckon I need to upgrade my cam soon - no manual mode and only 3x optical, just isn't good enough for interesting pics.

Canon EOS 5D, sigma 135-400mm lens at full zoom. Mounted on a tripod. ISO 1600, f7.1 3.2 second exposure

I wish I could afford one of those! Very, very good picture.

Oh, is that what everyone was looking at!!!! :p Thought it looked weird... We had fantastically clear skies over Cambridgeshire tonight and the moon looked amazing :)

Didn't realize it was an eclipse :) I was on the way to a club tho after spending all night in the pub... so amazed I even noticed everyone staring into the sky :innocent:

Martin, did you check for zombies?!

I thought my worst fears had come true this morning. I got up to an eerie silence and wandered into another room. There in front of me was a truly frightful sight.

A shambling figure, hair all over the place with sunken, dark ringed eyes and a death-like complexion.

I screamed. It screamed. I turned to run and it turned to run.

Then it hit me. I'd wandered into the bathroom, straight in front of the mirror.
