hogmaw
I saw a tramp in a cafe order plain toast with nothing on it. Then he put salt and pepper on it at the table. I don't know if he did that cos a) it was free b) he couldn't afford anything else c) he just happened to like 'salt n pepper on toast'
juanchan
I get funny looks from people for eating roast potatoes with mayonnaise. Plus, going back to the original post, isn't melted cheese on toast just cheese on toast?
Supragal
I get funny looks from people for eating roast potatoes with mayonnaise. Plus, going back to the original post, isn't melted cheese on toast just cheese on toast? I was thinking the same about cheese on toast!! Mayo goes with potatoes a treat... but I'm not sure I'd spoil a good roast potato... just salt mmm crunchy...

sdavies
Pickled beetroot and salt n vinegar crisp sarnies are a killer. Pickled eggs and mustard. Not really a combo but I am addicted to onion and chillies (and I wonder where my heart burn comes from? ) Loooove having bread with my gravy also, the other half looked at me a bit gone off the first time we sat and ate a sunday roast and I reached for the bread ... mmm nummy. Guest mk47
i like to mix sprite and coke sometimes at places like nandos etc where you get self service refills. the rule is you have to put sprite in first, and then the coke on top, the coke then floats on top of the sprite for a bit while giving you that refreshing lemony taste
