fastisnice Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 When i bought my car had an aftermarket steering wheel,i can't see any cruise control buttons inside the cabin but the other day i spotted the cruise control box at the engine bay..Does anyone know how can i make it work?i suppose all the wiring is there?so do i just need to get a button or something connected to operate it from the cabin? Soop Dogg Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 You'll need to make sure that the cruise control ECU is still in the car. It sits behind the dashboard somewhere above where your clutch pedal is. It is a small silver box and has a 26 pin green coloured plug going into it. Retro fitted the whole Toyota system to Angies Supra earlier this year. Believe me, if some of the wiring isn't there, be prepared for a sizeable job if you decide to go ahead with it!
