Just for the record we finished forth last saeson H ;)

You obviously missed the 10 men down with food poisoning and West Ham beating us 2 -1 then?? If we'd have finished 4th we'd be in the Champions League mate!

I'm not wanting to argue but an admittance that you are wrong and an apology will be fine Daman!!:D

Im discounting when we were forced to play with one fit squad member. It never happened, the last game of the season never took place :innocent:

As a side note, at least we play a 'challenging' season with 'flair' and style, we don't just end up mid sodding table season after season!

I'm unfortunate enough to have a season ticket at the Boleyn and have seen very little flair or style this year and certainly no character or determination. The guys did buck up a bit against the Arse and ManU, but only cos they thought they may be up for a move. We've spent a whole load of money on really average players, purely because they were the only ones that would come.

The team relegated in 2003 had class players, Joe Cole, Defoe, Di Canio, Michael Carrick, but, Tevez apart, this lot are a collection of journeymen without any particular pride in what they do.

Still, luckily I still remember most of the Nationwide grounds from the last time we were there. Local derbies against Southend and Colchester - bring it on :)

Thanks to Monkey for bringing all those 1960's jokes up to date :)

See you all Sunday...........................
