boromfccup
my wife always gives me the quote , it statistically safer to fly than drive, ye but if a plane goes down you know your going to die , and ive seen some pretty bad smashed up cars on here and they walked away, i still feel like im going up and down on the plane and ive been off it for 9 hours
Guest GirlRacer!
I completely hate turbulence, it always scares me so bad! But I love the acceleration before takeoff - feels great bombing down the runway!!!
Pot
Not me, I love it!... Right from the moment the engines wind up and you feel that thrust pushing you down the runway, through to the amazing sense of speed you get as you approach the runway to land... I even like the turbulence, it's just a crazy sensation... Wierd seeing as I'm scared of heights!...
lambertpig
i love flying but the girlfreind hates it. it ruins it for me having to comfort a blubbering mess everytime we go on holiday. bitch!!

terribleturner
I used to hate it, would 99% of the time DEFINATLY be sick. But for the last 14/16 years i've been absoultly fine.
GeordieSteve
So now would be a bad time to ask you if you've seen Final Destination? I haven't and I bloody won't be! I'm sure some mild medication will make the flight go well
SteveR
lol lambertpig I love it, but Kate isn't too keen. I even like turbulance; that's like losing the back end of the Supe, having a moment of 'oh crap', but then getting it back again.
SteveR
So now would be a bad time to ask you if you've seen Final Destination? They really should show that as the in-flight movie on planes. On a massive screen at the front, with the sound over the PA so you can't choose not to listen. I'd wet myself laughing.

Charlotte
Yeah Mike has problems at 6ft 10. We normally get the emergency exit seats but they make me feel more nervous cause they give you leaflets about you being responsible for the exits...arggghhhh. Anyway, I flew to Scotland and back recently and it was great. I think I've finally conquered my fear.
supra666
So now would be a bad time to ask you if you've seen Final Destination? I flew to Florida years ago, and Final destination was the in flight movie [sHOCK][/sHOCK] Having been on loads of flights due to my Dad working in Saudi Arabia I have been involved in 2 crash landings and almost fell out of the SKY in a sand storm.............. In short I effin hate flying!

Golddigga
I don't mind flying but I must admit to having a slight phobia of crashing into the ground at 120mph should the plane fail.........just a thought:p
Guest subfocus
Flyings fun, it has to be first class every time, I can't stand being rammed into the back of the plan like cattle.

When I met you both at JAE last year I don't remember him being that tall, but then it was a bit muddy in places! I don't mind the flying, its the descent I don't feel too comfortable with, especially some of the airports I've been to like Corfu. Weird sensation of falling then rising. My hands sweat just thinking about it. Gem doesn't like the take off, and thats the best bit!
