markjodrell
Funny enough I keep getting that, the only quick fix I have found is that when you open the window, drag a corner to make it as big as possible , then it should open like that next time
jamesmark
Take a hammer to it and show it who is boss, one thing is for sure it will not open up in a small box again.

MarkR
try holding in shift when you close the window (make sure it's the last one you close if you have more than one ie window open). This used to work on older versions of windows.....
creative
dont know about the shift thing but ive found its when you close your last window when the box is small. Just click the maximise button and close your window again. Next one should open in full screen he says!

ivan
If you maximise an IE window it will always open at the size you had it at last in normal mode. You need to drag the corners of the window to where you want them, then exit IE. Make sure it's the only IE window open first though. If you have another open then its settings will be remembered instead.
