Guest gzaerojon
They cant win though can they?time yet for them to back out;) aparently they normally back out and pay up when they get a summons, or worst case it goes to court and they don't show from what i've read anyway

jamesmark
I think it was Lloyds TSB that won a bank charge case and never pain a penny. It is not a guarantee going to court to get them back.

Jezz
Well, I took a massive financial organisation to court, and won!! Judgement was awarded in my favour on 12th July (my birthday!) and i recieved my cheque from the bank this morning. Happy days.

Pot
Good news Jez - I'm waiting for the bank to reply to me now, the letter went off last week, they've got 14 days ... I can't remember the exact blurb behind it, but there's something to do with the cases which lost which means they cannot set a precident for everything else, so I think you have to be very unlucky to lose... Fingers crossed anyway, it'll be a 50" TV for me and some stuff for the Sup if I win
