They cant win though can they?time yet for them to back out;)

 

 

 

aparently they normally back out and pay up when they get a summons, or worst case it goes to court and they don't show

 

 

from what i've read anyway

Good news Jez :) - I'm waiting for the bank to reply to me now, the letter went off last week, they've got 14 days :)...

 

I can't remember the exact blurb behind it, but there's something to do with the cases which lost which means they cannot set a precident for everything else, so I think you have to be very unlucky to lose...

 

Fingers crossed anyway, it'll be a 50" TV for me and some stuff for the Sup if I win :)

Finally got the full amount I asked for paid in today, £1052, not bad for just sending a few letters. Now to spend it quick before they change their minds :D

 

well done mate!:D i know what you are thinking when you say before they change their mind it feels like another hand is going to take it away from you. unfortunate for me that hand belongs to the wife
