SupraStar 3000
I have a self healing cutting mat at home, so why not (mind you, it doesn't work)
D3xt3r
Mercedes Benz already uses nano paint. It wont heal itself but the finish is so flat that dirt wont stick to it and you can just rinse everything off. It is also really hard to its easier to avoid little scratches and stuff. Angarak
I've heard of this stuff before, on these forums funnily enough. Not sure which manufacturer first came up with it though - for some reason I think it could be Nissan who came up with it. EDIT: It was Nissan: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/article745093.ece

You getting your car painted again!!!! dont ask!?! lol its only the 3rd, ...4th time. i should get a badge or something. lol i 'will' get it right! same colour this time, just sorting out some unexplainable imperfections/reactions under the laquer, hence the suggestion that this nano laquer might help.
