lowering a supra

i have a supra dragger 1 full exhaust system on my baby - pls advise me what would be the most suitable level to drop the car without scrapping my exhaust system every time i go over humps and what make can anyone recommend

i have been looking at the tein brand but there must be cheaper stuff going that is still good quality for my car ie eibach or koni

eibachs are around the same price as the teins. if you want the teins speak to nick at totally custom as he does a good price on these. also you will be very lucky to find any eibachs around as they are out of stock until september. budget around £200. there really isnt any other cheaper springs around and if there was i wouldnt put them on my supe

my opinion would be if you can afford coilovers buy them. im fitting eibachs and yellow bilsteins as they were cheaper than coilovers and they are tried and tested by many people. i feel that the lowering spring route suits my needs at the moment so not about to spend over a grand on coilovers
