Scoboblio
Gazboy's story in spirited driving has got me thinking that maybe the Supra has the most myths associated with it in all of the car kingdom. Some classics we hear often; The UK specs have bigger turbos The TT's have different sized turbos Ones without a spoiler are N/A Ones without a bonnet vent are N/A BPU ones are 500 bhp They can't handle. MKIV's have head gasket problems (only heard this a few times but it's still a moronic confusion with the MKIII). Honestly, where DO people get this rubbish from? I can't think of any other car that has anywhere near the crap spouted about it by 'car enthusiasts'.
Homer
More myths UK Spec turbos spooler faster Wider wheels mean more grip Jpecs always have smaller brakes Lowered suspension improves handling oh and: Veilside spoilers look good
GeordieSteve
The UK specs have bigger turbos I was under the impression they did... slightly tho
Jake
UK specs have 46bhp more than J-spec TTs You can't tune VVTi Supras. RHHP = RWHP UK turbos are 'stronger' than j-spec Hybrids are an upgrade Stage 3 hybrids aren't the minimum spec. All FMICs are equal. Drilled brake discs work better. The stock shock absorbers aren't 'coilovers'

Gazboy
BPU's are the fastest thing this side of a Veyron... The rear spoiler is decorative. Fast & Furious graphics add £15k at an ebay auction... They weigh two tons...

Lukeyboy2k
Ones without a spoiler are N/A Of the three strangers I've ever talked to about my car at petrol/service stations , they've all assumed it is an N/A. I have no spoiler (apart from small roof one) and its staying that way.
Pete
You missed a couple - "You can convert to a reliable, well working, high performance single turbo for less than 10k." and "Silver is the best colour".
