I am going for a full engine rebuild with a single turbo install it will have the following spec BL T67 single turbo XS power 50mm wastegate XS power manifold XS power, down pipe, induction pipe, screamer pipe XS power, front mount intercooler Miami gt oil feed and return lines AEM air filter Turbo blanket I will be making a 1 off custom 3" custom stainless exhaust system, from the turbo back JE 86.50mm pistons Eagle 4340 Steel H Beam rods with ARP bolts ARP head bolts and mains New Oem, oil pump and water pump Greedy timing belt Crower Ti springs and retainers HKS head gasket HKS 264" EX & IN cams HKS cam wheels Koyo rad Excedy twin plate clutch HKS fuel rail with precision 880cc injectors Walbro fuel pump Aem engine management HKS dli 2 AEM wide band Apexi el series 2 60mm gauges - Boost, EGT, Water temp, Oil temp, Oil pressure. twin 60mm a pilar gauge holder Greddy turbo timer Greddy Profec b spec 2 boost controller Polished cambox, throttle body, intake manifold, water pipes. The block will have a rebore to take the new pistons the head will be match port and polished, then shimmed to take the cams Balenced crank. Body work new veilside C2 front bumper paint skirts Fit veilside rear spats paint trd rear spoiler paint or leave abflug carbon bonnet (not sure yet) Got me work cut out by the looks of it need it ready for this years modbal event taking place in june, Like to say a big thanks to andy at Miami GT for getting most of the bits and to all for you input ill keep your updated with pics and progress john Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

johnd-mkiv Posted February 16, 2007 Author Share Posted February 16, 2007 BLT67 this is how it arrived Spent a few hours to get it like this but well worth the effort, I have blended the 90deg elbow in to make it look part of the turbo The spare engine started to strip it All stripped ready to be machined Polished the cambox covers and modified the water pipe cutting of the two spigots that go to the twin turbo set up then building it up with weld reshaped it to allow me to fit my apexi water temp sender Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
