This was his email - Im really sorry mate i did put a reserve price but it didnt come up for some reason. I cant let u have it for this price. Where do i stand? I've gone from ~50 eBay transactions a week to one a month at the most thanks to people like this, it's not worth the hassle anymore. What gets me is that if it was you who had said "ahhh damn I bid too much mate I cant afford it at that price" he would be going off on one saying its in the rules you have to pay blah blah blah its a legally binding contract blah blah I'm a wanker... rant over I hate ebay. Tell him to poke it up his lowest orifice, as far as it will go. Try ebay dispute. If no luck, leave it for about 89 days*, then leave him negative feedback. * - i think that if you haven't left feedback within 90 days, you are unable to leave feedback at all. Thats why i asked if c.o.c was possible to see if this was a problem and he said it wasnt. Im getting him to contact me via phone as im still a bit concerned with the 0 feedback.
