rik
For some reason the rad fan on my car has recently been coming straight on as soon as the ignition is switched on. Even before the engine is running, as soon as the key is turned it sounds like a hovercraft starting up. My car is not on the road at the moment, and has only been started every now and then to move it around. Also the battery has been on/off a lot. Any body know why this is? Ric
locate the plug for the fan, its attached to the radiator itself, (bottom nearside) if the plug isn't there it will spin all the time, just reattach it to the sensor and it should only come on when its reaches a certain temp. Pixelfill
Mine started doing this too, It was on all the time (even with the ignition off) I managed to stop it as one of the relays under the passenger side headlight had blown. However now it doesn't ever come on I suspect the radiator switch went at the same time. Mike
