Heyrick
Hi, Does anyone know of a decent place to eat within a couple of miles of an M4 junction in Berkshire or East Wiltshire. Something a bit more rural that would be easy to get to and large enough to accept a coach booking. Traditional food, reasonable prices - that sort of thing. Need to know for a coach trip that's being planned by my dad to the Science Museum and we need somewhere to stop on the way back roughly 1 or 2 hours out of London. Any help appreciated! Lewis
On the A4 (just off the m4) is a place called Halfway, the Halfway Inn is there, it's a pub with very well regarded food.
Green Peace
You could PM Mawby, he knows that area quite well, Im sure he mentioned somewhere near Newbury once. Not everywhere accepts coach parties last minute, be good to call in advance so they are prepaired i guess....(sorry im sure ya thought of that doh lol)

Heyrick
Hi, Thanks guys - at least I've got some leads now. Hmmm... KFC? I think not - you wait long enough for one, how long would a coach load take? Rick.
