RobSheffield
That sounds fairly unlike any other F1 car i ever heard....is there a reason?
Chris Wilson
Thanks Tony. Yes, that Jordan was a very strong yellow. I am considering that, too. Would Jordan share the paint spec? I suppose it must be in the public domain for all these scale models and things of them?

TLicense
That sounds fairly unlike any other F1 car i ever heard....is there a reason? Yup..... The poor quality audio record on my phone. Nah, there's nothing trick in there. To be honest it's so tied down by the FIA nowadays, we're not allowed to do anything special. It won't be long now till the engines are properly homologated, then there will be no deveolpment allowed for up to 5 years (IIRC).

To be honest with the turnover of staff we've had, I very much doubt that anyone who is still there would know. Also, I'm fairly sure that the company that did the paint work for the car back then has gone bust. Allegedly they didn't get paid for some work they did. I'll have a bit of an ask around, but I think it's doubtful. You may be right in contacting Mattel, who I know did a model of the car. They're also pretty good when we fire them up in the factory. That only really happens a couple of times a year though. What always gets me is the exhaust smell. It's hard to describe, but it's really sweet. Odd seeing as it's supposedly just the usual unleaded petrol

MrAngry
What engine choice did he go for? I'm not sure which engine it has but it is an SS3 if that is any indication. I believe he bought it direct from them, having been one of their team cars. He gets quite a lot of mentions on the Juno website. His name is Will Curtis and he did very well at the end of last years Britsports series. He also owns a Prosport LM3000 but he seems to have mothballed that for the moment in favour of the Juno. I'll see if I can get some pics of it to post up, as it's sitting at work in the Hangar at the moment.
TLicense
Yep - Super Nova GP2 team Ahhhh! Wasn't there some kind of tie-in between super nova and Jordan back in the day? Vaguely remember some kind of press release, and us all thinking that we would supply you with technical stuff, and you would kind of be a junior team that would end up supplying us with drivers etc.

One of those masterplans which never saw the light of day. All that happened was we painted everything yellow and black and parked outside your garages. I think the only thing you supplied us with were power leads to the laptops and a couple of dodgy weather forecasts How is David Sears doing Gordon? I miss the constant flow of females that he used to take flying Oh he's fine. There still is never a dull moment
