michael
http://www.the-detailer.com/detailday.html Sunday the 11th of Feb, at this location: The Airedale Buildings Carlton Works Cemetery Road Yeadon Leeds LS19 7BD 11am start I believe, demos run until 3pm. Apparently there is parking for 100 cars and lots of useful car cleaning / detailing demos that might be of interest to keen polishers now that the weather is improving. I'm hoping to go along to pick up some tips on using those rotary polisher things, I need to buy one and give my car good buffing to remove some swirls. Anyone else interested? JustGav
Hmmm, probably should take this off your thread... but I went out and got a cheapy B&Q orbital sander and put a Lake County polishing pad on it. For £35 it does the job BRILLIANTLY...maybe not as well as a PC, but a PC is pricey for the hobbyist.
