Guest cptsideways
Hi there, Declan here the chap who organises the handling days, Ideal numbers for the day is about 25 cars. There are two course sections so that splits the numbers up. That gives you plenty of tracktime, you'll find on the handling course about 5-10mins per session is plenty of time. Its fairly energetic with heaps of arm flailing, plus the cars & tyres get hot pretty quickly. You'll need the standby time to discuss the techniques & watch everyone put them into practice - or not:D. One course is the slalom where you get to swing from one opp lock to the other, this is great for perfecting your correction techniques & getting the timing right. This is the most difficult to get right but once you do it looks fantastic. The main course is faster & more open, here I put in the Skandi Flicks, lift off oversteer etc, power oversteer etc, I try to make each corner slightly different. Expect to spin off a fair amount as you learn the techniques but thats half of the fun. I'm just awaiting the dates availabilty, It's possible to do two days back to back. I'll come back to you all shortly. Any questions??
Aerotop Dave
When you say 'ideal number' do you mean that's the limit or does an increase in numbers mean less track time? We're way over that now, but with 35 we could go for two days of 17 cars each or something.

Guest cptsideways
I would suggest with the numbers to do two days, I assume not everyone would be able to make one single date too. Two back to back days makes it easier for me to organise, but how many of you can make a Friday? So the following dates are reserved just which would be preferred? Friday 3rd September Saturday 4th September Saturday 9th October Saturday 16th October Saturday 23rd October

tbourner
I suspect most will say September, and most will want the Saturday. I could do any of those dates, except the Friday cos I don't get paid holiday at work!!
Sherriff
The September Saturday is the best option for me, due to the fact that it's a weekend and there should hopefully be less traffic congestion generally, and the big bulb in the sky (The one with no gamma control on it ) should be on longer in September. Cheers, Sherriff.
roboldham
There are also 10 places currently available on Sunday Aug 15th (of course there would be other non-Supes there!) - for those that fancied an Aug go. There's lots of place avail on 24th July (I cant attend this as I am getting married - well,.... noo, I must go my own wedding as it is in Las Vegas) R

I'm going to be virtually driving past the damn place on 4th September but in the motorhome, not the Supra. Unfortunately its not really suited for high speed slaloms and the like................................. Lets be honest its not suited to high speed anything I'll see what I can do about making the dates in October, 9th and 16th are favourite, 23rd is an anniversary and I wouldn't be very popular spending it hooning about on a track
