I did have a 1989 Mazda 323 GLX estate with colour-coded brown velour interior (known as the Nazda, as half of the badge - well, half of everything really - had fallen off).

Sadly that passed away recently, and has been donated to a work colleague to shuffle off this mortal coil in style, as a banger racer :)

Just driven back in my old dear's M-reg Fiat Punto. 1242cc's of Italian rustiness, and rather disfigured by various dents (courtesy of mummy-dearest reversing into lamp-posts and such like). Oh, and it's completely free, bar the £150 to get it through the MOT :)

I sold the Passat tonight, so I currently carless, with the use of Paseo ST and Merc c220cdi coupe.

Time the new Supra was here :) still needs mapped, geometry reset, nitrous fitted (jamies influence), and a few other bits :)

It can stay there until its ready, I have inclination to spend cold nights in the garage ATM lol.

Supras my runaround at the moment, doing a fair amount of motorway mileage so it's quite a comfy choice. But expensive on fuel! Want to keep Supra nice so looking for a runaround. Have a Mk2 Golf GTI too which was going to be my runaround, but fitted a 20v turbo engine, big bumpers, BBS, Quaiffe, Brembos etc and it's not only ridiculously low it's an absolute animal so going to keep that on standby too. If I wasn't paranoid about leaving these cars places and people vandalising them or nicking them then I'd use the two all the time. Thinking a cheap Escort van may be the way forward.

A '96 Hyundai Lantra 1.8CD estate, petrol! Classy, but ideal for the dog and runs to the skip. Also has a tow bar and cost me £695 18 months ago with 100k on it. Now showing approx' 116k and flew through it's last MOT.

Nige.
