Havard
Jesus who has a £1400 mortgage?!! mine's £870 I have paid £1500 per month for the last 5 months, although the extra £500 is optional per month. When the baby arrives I will keep it at £1000 for a few months till the missus gets back to work. On the positive side, we payed £62k seven years ago. We have shortened the mortgage form 15 years to 11, then 7 and now 3 years. We don't have a lot of disposable income but we have saved 1000's in interest payments. Ohn and the house is now £190k!! H. Homer
Is that one property? IIRC Phil owns a few properties for rental. Possibly by to let mortgages, nice if you can get to the stage to finance a 2nd home for rent but the current house prices cant help expansion

It's a good tax free income if you're savvy about it.
