SupraAyf
a friend of mine is currently fighting with Direct Line over a claim for a 1994 TT 6 speed. They have offered £7600 - final offer! He has now had to refer it to the ombudsman to try and get it increased. If he wanted to pay an extra £150 then he could have had your silver Supe that has just been sold to a guy in Sweden;) Just a test question but is a final offer of £7600 really that bad when you can squeeze them out for £7750 as a Car Specialist? I see your point but I am only able to "squeeze them out" at that price very occasionally and only when I can buy them at a bargain price. In the main, you would normally look to spend around 9k for a 6 speed.

hadyn
who knows mate, its all down to whether the insurers are going to try it on with you. They do have to give you the market value for your car, so get ready with lots of autotrader/mkivsupra.net adverts with similar specc'd cars

If I ever need a car then I'm knocking on your door first;)
