Fitting Intake manifold and Throttle body.

This could be considrered as 'part deux' of my quest for bling.

After having a crack at replacing my turbo pipes with polished bling ones im feeling confident i can do my intake manifold. (famous last words!) Couldnt have done it without you guys thou :)

Now, ive had a little searech to no avail so thought id ask, what the hell do i do?

Is it a case of working logically like the pipes? Any pointers? Is it easier than doing the turbo pipes (please say it is, but be honest ;))

IF it makes a difference, its a UK Intake manifold and Throttle boddy, going on my non vvti J-spec.

Any advice, pointers, abuse appreciated.

Daman,

Not a massive help I know but if you remove all the pipes methodically (number them if you wish) then you should have very few problems at all.

Here are 2 pics of mine when I first started on the slippery bling-slope. You can see one pic with the TB and manifold fully removed and the 2nd with the Manifold in place but all pipes disconnected

Ches guys, is there anything else i can be doing while im there?

Im due to replace my Cam covers too, am i right in thinking the extra room gained with the IM removed makes naff all difference?

They are only air pipes connected right, so that nothing is going to spit at me? :D
