SupraHuman
Has anyone had the "D" light gone missing from the panel on your rev counter? All the other lights(1,2,N,R,P) are working fine apart from the "D" that went missing a week ago.Could there be a sensor issue here,if so where is the "drive" sensor located??Thanx in advance. _Rob_
Ive never had the D light up on mine, ive always assumed its meant to be like that! So as not to dazzle the driver, and all that.
leerob
Mine comes and goes. I have seen it light up, but most of the time its not on.
SupraHuman
Ive never had the D light up on mine, ive always assumed its meant to be like that! So as not to dazzle the driver, and all that. I got a "D" light in my supra and my GF had a "D" light in hers but now thats gone so there is deffo supposed to be a light there but when i had the clocks out there is not a bulb as such just a wide socket that slots in to the back of the rev counter, which leads me to believe that it must be more sensor related.Anyone?? Rob Dublin
If you got it working again would that mean you were "D"-lighted?? I'll get my coat...

Fifty
is a common fault just the bulb nothing to do with sensors - get driving you nugget Mine went 4 years ago lol Rich:p
Carl
Yeah, my Drive light had gone when I bought my car. Took the gauges out and replaced the bulb. Pretty easy to do once the gauges are out of the car on the desk. Bulbs can be quite dear tho from memory. Carl

Bob
And here's the result I also found a few of the solder joints to the resistors (or whatever they are!) were a bit crappy, so I redid those at the same time. :edit: I took several photos of it, so if anyone wants me to cobble together a rough guide then just say
