jakewebster
Ok guys I need some advice! Been thinking about taking my chopper pilots license for a while now, fancy flying hellicopters commercialy (would need a commercial license). I have the choice of taking my private license clocking up a few hours and then taking my commercial one, this would mean i keep my job for now. Or should i take the block course and do it in a oner from scratch (leave my job for now), which would be much quicker! Anyone who has experience or advice much appreciated! Rob Dublin
Considering doing this myself. Doing it abroad is a lot cheaper. I found a flight school in Brisbane that was quite near the Great Barrier Reef. Nice place to learn to fly! Think total cost was in the region of €70k. Homer
Was just thinking Jonty Mr Angry is another good contact, there's a few pilots on the forum but doubt there's many who have experience with copters.
