supradibbs Posted June 23, 2004 Share Posted June 23, 2004 as you remember i had a sticky encounter with a wall at santa pod. well the rebuild proccess has started damage is not to bad as you can see from the pictures the alluminum cross brace is bent as is the structure that goes fom wing to wing where the expansion tank mounts to the radiator gross mount has been pushed back slightly picking up a new front end on monday so fingers crossed:conf: :conf: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

supradibbs Posted June 26, 2004 Author Share Posted June 26, 2004 BAD NEWS Looks like the rebuild will not be as cheap as expected my freind came over early today as i have stripped the front end down just to check on progress and advise me and he says that not only has the chasiss leg grumbled but the front end has moved over slightly. it all can be repaired but at a cost as it now goes into the relms of being jigged which is man hours in a body shop not cheap OH BUGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
