Tom
But why film yourself getting towed?... just in the event that something stupid might happen and that it can be posted on the web I've been towed before and tbh it's f'ing dodgy! no powersteering, no real brakes, not something I'd like to do again. Pot
just in the event that something stupid might happen and that it can be posted on the web Good point!... I've been towed before and tbh it's f'ing dodgy! no powersteering, no real brakes, not something I'd like to do again. Aye, I haven't been towed in the Sup, but have been many times before... The worst for me is by the AA, True, you're fitted onto a pole, but you've got a huge truck in front of you so you can't see anything else (Which in all fairness is bloody strange unless you're a regular tailgater), and then at night they've got all of their disco lights on in your face!... I'd rather be towed by a trusted mate with a rope, who's got experience of being towed himself... Oh, hang on, that's probably what that scooby did... Damn... Tom
Yep mine was by a rope, thing was it was just over a metre long!(not good) and once we got to our destination we started to untie the rope but it snapped in my hand, I was being pulled by the last few threads,it could have been really really bad! Pot
Blimey, I've never had that happen!... Usually it's a case of taking ages trying to undo the knots...

Usually it's a case of taking ages trying to undo the knots... yeah, it was in my rx7 & being pulled by a 4x4 at 40mph,I coudlnt see shit, had to brake using the handbrake, and couldnt steer that well! is was much worse than blowing the thing up!
