paul ashton
im a very random sleeper 3=5 hours sometimes go right through with none at all but i am prone to power naps (5mins any time anywhere) 6-7 hours for me but now and again i can have one of those power naps.Yesterday about 7 o'clock i fell asleep on north pier in Blackpool whilst fishing for half an hour.Started to come round thinking it was very noisy for my bedroom, then realised i was on the pier and thought'What the fcuk am i doing on here'

Charlotte
I have trouble actually getting to sleep. Once I'm asleep I have trouble waking up. Normally I get about 6-7 hours per night but wish it was more.

Kieran
I have to work days in the week and then nights most weekends so I usually get about 7 hours in the week and around an hour or two at weekends. If I'm off on a weekend or on holiday and have been out on the ale though, I can sleep for ages. 35 hours is my record after a night out in Ibiza. Guest mk47
i need atleast 10-12 hours but can sleep for upto 16/17 hours
tbourner
7 hours a night usually, I still get up at 6 at weekends which is annoying. If you use an alarm to wake you in the mornings but find you have trouble waking up, try going to bed an hour later (seriously).
RedM
Usually I get six hours but really could do with more. In the winter wild horses couldn't drag me from my bed at 6am but come the summer I'm awake and ready to get up at the same time.
