Homer Posted January 29, 2007 Share Posted January 29, 2007 Depends on what I'm up too. Normal night would be 6hrs ish, but if I've out on the p*ss when it could anywhere from 8-10hrs. If its been a tough week at work and involved travelling then I have been known to get a good 14hrs+ sleep in on Friday One thing I have noticed is the hours sleep have increased significantly since I was in my teens/early twenties!
