Just recently i heard from 1 company that they would have to hire more asian workers to keep the balance right, Shouldnt staff be hired more on their ability to work or knowledge of the job than their ethnic origins. I watch it, my wife watches it and my sister and her husband watch it, we have 6 degrees between us and without being big headed imo we are all of above average intelligence in decent professions - I think its quite a stimulative programme and if its still on air when we have kids I would encourage them to watch it too Not all, but a lot do.
