There is a difference in Hamster. Looks withdrawn.

Yeah, I thought that as well

Yeah he did look a bit rough but for a guy who crashed at about 300mph on his head he is doing ok.

Legend

Not being heartless or anything, but if you look at the footage, there was not as much cage plowing as the media had shot it up to be.

the jags front lights reminded me of a hyundai coupe and that vision ruined the car for me

I thought so too.. it's not a good looking car.

I was surprised to see that the crash was not more violent.. He was VERY lucky...

That car is like a big sausage, broadside at that speed, I'd have expected it to roll like a bowling ball.

You can see him correcting when he was at power - maybe the gyro/centifugal force of the engine kept it from rolling so badly.. either way he was very lucky..

It was not pleasant to watch.

Good show, good to see Hamster back again, his eyes look like they were popping out of his head, must be too much morphene or something.

Jamie Oliver cracked me up, when he did that offroading, there seemed to be clumps of earth falling off it when he did his lap, nice bit of drifting on the final held it better than a potato peeler!

I thought it was a shit episode. Shame for the first one back.

Half of it was filled with more of the drivel staged shite about roadworks - good point they were making but could have done that in 5 minutes!!

The Jag was good (and the Aston - prefer the DB9 though), and seeing the crash and all the Hamster bits were cool - other than that poor show.

Should have started the series with lots of the good stuff (like James May in the Veyron!!).

Hopefully next week will be better.

I enjoyed watching the Jamie Oliver bit (good time in those conditions) and the Jag / Aston part but the road works thing was just rubbish. Like Tbourner says, it was a good point to make but could have been done in 5 minutes. The rest of the time could of been filled with random things on the show like cars.
