DaveK
I am thinking of selling my Road Angel Plus - I just find it less user friendly than the old Origin Blue I used to have. I bought it in Mid-December, so it is just over 2 months old and still has almost 4 months free subscription. It's still £300 new in most places so I was planning to ask for £250. However - I've just searched and found a new price of £250, so I can't really ask that. I suspect I don't have the box anymore - assume I don't. I have the Road Angel Plus, 2 cigarette socket power leads, mounting bracket and PC USB lead and the manual. PC S/W doesn't come with it - you download it from the road angel site. It's in perfect condition - I've only used it about 5 times If you don't know - it features 8 hour battery life (hence no need for leads most of the time), laser detection etc. I won't get around to putting it on ebay - so I'm sticking it on here. If it sells, I'll buy an Origin B2. If it doesn't - then I'll keep it. I've seen discussions on here in the past about "I bid before you PM'd", "I bid the asking price but somebody else bid more etc". so I'll clarify the terms here : If anybody does want it - don't PM me. Simply state your intentions in the thread - first come, first served. The price here is what I want for it - I won't accept offers. First to say they want it (if anybody does), gets it. Price : £200 + postage.

Online is usually cheaper and every ad I found was £299 - except one, which was £250. I'd be amazed if Halfords was cheaper than that.
DaveK
Blimey - just checked their web site and you're right. That is an absolute bargain! Well - I guess nobody will want mine - and I'd rather keep it than sell it for over £100 less than I paid for it 2 months after I bought it so I guess it's not for sale anymore. Never thought I'd see the day where I thought Halfords were selling a bargain!

DaveK
I just realised that mid-Dec to end-Jan is just over one month not two (Doh!), - but I still don't think that makes it worth £1 plus postage more than a new one from Halfords! Andy Supra
Aye, I got a Road Angel Plus for my old man from Halfrauds for £199.99. They weren;t sold out there. If you ask them to order you one in when it comes collect, shouldn't take more than 3 working days for them to get one. They lowered the prices to try get people to buy the Road Angel/Navigator which is £279.99 now the same price as the Road Angel Plus in most places still. Road Angel/Nav is awesome uses same Sat Nav program as Tom Tom's latest Nav.
