Keep focussing to the watch DaveK, you feel sleepy.. sleepy.... when i snap my fingers you will like TG so much that you are going to open a lot , and when i say a lot, i mean a lot of topics on mkivsupra.net to remind the members that the new TG will broadcasted tonight.

Its good entertainment, but no value if you're after information about actually buying a new car :)

buy a new car? :search: :D

entertainment IS the reason all most of our members watch it....why replace the Supra? ;)

I mosty agree - except I'd change "new" car for "any" car.

I used to watch it, and I did enjoy it. But in the last few years it's become far too much "some blokes just having a laugh" and far less about cars.

I remember the espisode where it actually reached that point for me - where they were launching cars off a cliff and trying to hit a target at the bottom. The relevance to a car show (apart from the obvious) was lost on me. Seen a few episodes since and it hasn't changed my mind - I usually find it's on, watch 10 minutes, get bored, change channel.

But I do accept I'm in a minority of 1!

I'm the same Dave. I find Top Gear quite boring. The stupid 'races' between a supercar and a car ferry are crap. The made up bollocks like the car wash and the caravans 'accidentally' catching fire are so contrived that I just can't bear to watch it.

Having said that I'll watch it tonight to see Hammond and the crash.
