sarjo
I have scanned a worksheet I am using at school onto my computer. It has come up as an adobe file. Some of the details are wrong on the sheet and I need to change them on this scanned image to save me spending hours re-doing it from scratch. Can anyone tell me please how to edit the text? grahamc
you need specific software to edit those files.
Ian W
you can get some OCR software which converts it for editing. the problem is these generally only work okay with text and as soon as you include tables and lines etc they screw up quite badly making them unusable. either start from scratch or get hold of the original file that it was created with (chances are it'll be a Word or Excel file). ivan
Look around for a copy of Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader). Or re-scan it into the OCR software which was (probably) included with the scanner?
