CardiffSupra
Iv had my phone on ebay for the last 5 days needing the money to book a holiday next week, The phone went for £130 in the end. I then get an email from the winning bidder saying "Hi sorry but i put the wrong amount in and cannot afford to pay this." FFS, If he didnt mean to put 130 in what was he trying to put in!? Iv emailed them back saying "Sorry but ebay asked you twice if you want to make a contract binding bid on the item, I need the money for a holiday next week, It costs me money to try and sell this phone i will expect payment or you will be reported to ebay as a non paying bidder" is there anything i can do to this little f*ck face? Im a right in saying that he agreed a contract by bidding and winning the phone?
Ric
i've given up selling electronic stuff on eBay after my last encounter. Its just a waste of time. You cant make him pay the money physically and ebay wont do shit like usual

edge
Ebays a waste of time. You may of thought of this but just incase you havnt you can offer a 2nd chance bid to the next highest bidder. Not saying how to suck eggs but just incase you didnt know.
edge
Saves a little hassle banging ya head against a wall trying to get some just from the non paying twats. Leave real bad feedback.

Chewie
That's the thing with eGay. Punters get carried away with the drama of just winning. They forget the money side. A friend was on it 24/7. She won most of the time but later realised she could've bought the stuff cheaper down the High St. She's in eDetox.

Todd
Alway specify that they can't bid if previous neg feedback and a rating of 0. Usually gets rid of some of the time wasters.
