markjodrell
Unusual, what are they made of, just wondering how strong they would be
Muffleman
Why not practical ? I think it's a good idea, cleaning and polishing multispoke alloys is a royal pita !
edge
Clean your windows and wheels at the same time.
bromy
Made from Polycarbonate apparantly, you would need to take the wheels off every time to clean them

Bob
I can't wait for the cheap copies to come out and get fitted to all the little saxo-a-likes with drum brakes
Chewie
If it's a thick enough, there's no reason why they shouldn't work in any thermoset plastic. There are stronger engineering plastics than polycarbonate like makrolon (ballistic proof). Only question would be longevity.
The Restorer
Like them. Just thinking though, probably not the best design to allow your brakes to cool.
JohnK
I wonder what the sheer strength is like, I wouldnt fancy hard cornering.
Chewie
I wonder what the sheer strength is like, I wouldnt fancy hard cornering. Probably fail where the hub bolts on. Obviously they're mainly for shine & show. Can't wait for somebody to come up with walnut with beech veneer marquetry. Failure will be by wood worm.
