Spending on an event is fine if all can attend, which in MHO is virtually impossible. Si's. idea is tops. If every one agrees and the club does not need a reserve. Supragal Posted June 22, 2004 Share Posted June 22, 2004 actually that is one thing i haven't mentioned- well reminded! we need a certain reserve in case things go wrong/hosting increases in price/we dont get any new members for a while etc. the lottery fund wouldn't be a few grand i shouldn't think but maybe a trader could sponsor it a bit and give parts at trade price or something? hmmm. interesting... this is the kinda thing that everyone can be part of unlike meets that most can't attend Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
