michael
There are for sale signs blowing around out here, the air is fully of random crap that keeps raining down on people and then taking off again - it's quite funny to watch.

Mike
Just walked into North End (Pompey) and it's fairly windy... then on the way back it started raining and now the wind's kicked off big time... I'm moist to say the least, and feel like I've been shot in the face a few times with tiny water bullets at 90mph.. nice

JustGav
I had an interesting view of a lamp post as my people carrier got hit by the wind... no amount of steering seemed to make a difference... Thankfully missed it by a foot or two...

Animal
The wind here in Manshester has just ripped the entire gable-end off a building over the canal from my office! We heard a crash and there is a big pile of rubble at the foot of the building and no outer brickwork left on one side!
Thorin
I just nearly got flattened by some fencing around that big new building in Leeds near the train station. The workmen are now bolting guy ropes into the ground on everything including the temporary traffic lights that had been blown over too. I should have lept underneath it, think of the compensation!
