CardiffSupra
Iv been getting a slight grinding noise coming from the front drivers side, I'v noticed the brake disk is rusting if not driven for a day or 2. Its just the one disk the others are not rusting at all. Could the noise be linked to the rust? Why is the rust coming up? Cheers Ga.

merckx
It's normal to get a little rust even after a few hours when the disc gets wet. But having one that is significantly worse than the others may indicate a sticky piston or pad , worth investigating.
CardiffSupra
I think the brake is sticking, What would cause this?

merckx
hehe, So how do i solve this? New disks and pads? Not if they're in good condition . You have to examine the caliper and make sure that the piston is pushing the pad towards the disc. It might be wise to get someone with more experience to look at the problem. You don't want to eject the piston!
