What could cause a wheel to wobble ?

Bit of a open question I know....

I came home tonight and someone followed me all the way home and told me that my rear wheel was wobbling around - Chrysler Grand Voyager.

I got the bus up on the trolley jack and both rear wheels are firmly attached (wheel nuts) and I could not pull/push the wheel around. (I guess the handbrake does not help).

Any Idea what could be causing this ?

I'll be calling the dealer to get it booked in but, just thought if anyone had a clue ?

best thing is to take it to a tyre/wheel dealer and put that wheel on a balancer machine to check it. should only cost you a fiver at most. at least it eliminates if the wheel is bucked or not?

Also have you got sprigot rings on the alloys? if they are not standard wheels then you will need to use these if the center bore is a different size to stock, otherwise it could cause this probably.

I don't feel any wobble, that's the thing!

I have just been stoped by some lady saying she could see it wobble. It's not the soop [that's why I'm in non-soop section ;) ]so, can't borrow a pair of rears off a local member and I don't have directional tyres ;)
