Finally done the deed, really happy.

Went away for a romantic w/e and i proposed on the friday night :)

The wedding date is already booked for Sat 5th Jan 2008.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice for wedding cars. I think ill prob just bomb down in the supra with my best man. However need a couple of cars for the bride and her birds!

I have had this site recommended http://www.lordcars.co.uk/cars.asp

but i would like something REALLY special that we will remember.

Cheers

Jon

How about a convoy of Supras??;)

H.

I would like to have a few there so we can hoon off to the reception!

Angela looked into hiring a ferrari for the day or something, not cheap though.

I was tempted by a viper, but decided im better off spending the money sorting the supra for the big day (clever eh)

We looking at these two at the moment:

Congratulations mate!

I've never really put much worth on a fancy car for a wedding. You're only in it for 5 mins usually anyway. Seems a waste.

I'll just find myself someone with a Bentley or something for the trip. (I have some acquaintances with flash cars)

Congrats dude, im doing the deed May/June this year, on the lookout for a Merc CLS is anyone can recommend a site too?

Make sure its the 55 AMG, they look SO much nicer. If you get stuck i will make some phone call to find a company. :)

Congrats!!

Aston Martin!

Not a fan, my boss has a DB9 i could borrow. But i dont find them very impressive to drive. Need a big car for all the dresses too!

Well done Jon! - Congratulations.

I don't envy you with all that planning to do!

Congrats Pig - glad it all went well and hope you had a lovely weekend.

Cars are very expensive to hire for the delay. I looked at hiring a F430 for fun, and it was circa £800 iirc for the 24hour period and you couldn't drive more than 100 miles!!!

I know a few people around my town with some older Ferraris, Bent GT and a very, very nice AC Cobra (replica?)! If needed, I can certainly ask around mate. ;)

Cheers,

Greg
