I picked mine up on the 9th and there's only been a few times when it's been dry enough to get over 4000rpm :( It even rained so hard over the weekend it set the alarm off! I've never noticed this much rain at this time of year before either. Must be a rear-wheel drive thing :D

Still, given how quick it is in the wet, I'm looking forward to the Spring and some dry roads :eyebrows:

I have paid particular attention to the weather recently, since buying my soop, on the 7 December ,we have not had 1 single day without rain. Its really p155ing me off now.

Is it always this wet at this time of year or is it that I have not really noticed before :search: :(

It's times when it's wet you need a car, I just don't get this "it's wet" or "it's snowing" lark. If you HADN'T got a car I could undertand it.... What am I missing?

U being serious Chris??

I have have another daily driver for when its snowing raining etc, its just that having recentley brought a Supra these weather conditions are not ideal for enthusiastic driving, just an observation .....IMHO:)

Yes, quite serious, you guys spend all this dosh on a nice car and as soon as it rains / snows whatever you drive some pedal car! Jeez, my old mums in her nineties but I'd have no qualms about sending her out in the rain in my Skyline, or a Supra TT. She has enough sense not to press the RH pedal too hard or too fast. It's easy really, it's called self restraint.... ;) I'll never make any money if you lot only drive on dry days and clock up about 2000 miles a year ;)

Ha, ha, good post Chris.

Agreed on both sides. I was a little anxious about taking the Sup out again after my damp crash, but now I drive in all weather, day or night.

That rain coming back from Swanage (over 370 miles away there and back) was the worst I've driven in and the Supra was perfect!!! The RLTC helped, but go easy on the loud pedal and she still cruised at around 100mph without any surprises.

Plan ahead, but don't leave your Supra behind.

Greg
