I can't see how, when Toluene is the main active ingredient in most octane boosters. 7 litres of the stuff only gives a 2.0 increase Edited to say that Millers claim an octane increase of 'two numbers' on the website - 98 to 98.2, rather than 98 to 100, is my guess.
