Hey Monkey - the KDWS is a rain tyre...not much cop for drag racing...however the KD's would be the best road tyre for dragging. (bar of course the real thing)

Nitto 555R Drag radials have to be used in Japan to enter the RH9 club. (the 9second stock bodied club). Nitto also do a 555 Road tyre and a newer 555RII newer drag tyre. http://www.nittotire.com

hi everybody got a reply from the guy dude told us about. they dont seem too bad on price too. going to order a couple of what he recomends

Hi Mark, Thanks for the enquiry. The best street legal tyres are undoubtably the BFG. The KDWS series is good for all round performance but the Drag Radials are way better on the strip. As you see, 275x40x17 are only made in the T/A pattern but they are the best. Price is £143.55 each +vat. A comparable slick size is 26x10x15 I would strongly recommend Hoosier over M/T and price is £130.12 each +vat. If you are interested, I can get the BFGs for the end of next week if you order today. Otherwise, delivery is about 2 weeks. Let me know if I can be of more help.

Regards

Geof Hauser
