RedM
I've done a fair bit of the ol' searching on t'interweb but can only find people planning to do it. Apparently the RB26det (please correct if I'm wrong) will slot straight in. TBH, I love the look of the 350 and having blagged three test-drives so far;) I have to say I love the handling too. Just needs more oomph. So, any pointers or thoughts?

RedM
I am poor. It's just filler to keep me occupied in a way that my job and home life don't.
D3xt3r
Top Secret did it. I think they also fitted a V8 and reworked one car to AWD.

Terminator
If we can shoe horn an RB25 into a 200sx I am sure we could get a 26 into the 350Z. If anyone wants to give me one of each,I'll try and fit it in.
Paul_SWZ
we are in the middle of putting a Supercharged V8 into a z32. Its a big project though lol
RobSoarer2.5TT
Yer pretty sure it's been done. The RB26 has been in more motors than the Stig. Lol They also put the 350z lump into a Micra!!!!!!!!
Chris Wilson
The can bus electrics on the 350Z make it a nightmare to do all but simple conversions, unless you were into making new car looms you may find it gets very involved, very quickly, electronics wise. As a race car with all gizmos binned it would be fairly straightforward I guess.

Guest gregg
That has been done and yes it was top secret that did it, very nice swap. Think they used a different gear box from the the RB26 one so that htey could get it running just through the rear wheels, think it was an RB25 gearbox, but dont quote me on that. They are awesome car, have considered one myself....one of the few newish jap cars out recently and fairly quick in standard form also, 280bhp me thinks. Dont know bout the suspension chat, my friend has one and he managed to wear through to the point of bursting the tyres on the inside but that was him having tein suspension fitted and not having it set up correctly Just give top secret a wee buzz and they will fly out and sort you out! Have a look on my350z.com there is plenty of info on there bout it
