Gaz6002
You didn't need to start a new thread http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=94370 It is an unusual size mate, but i'm sure 40's will fit so why not get some 275/40/17s? Surely you don't have clearence issues with 17's?
Supragaz
Nah I have 275/40/18's and had no trouble getting hold of them. Would it be easier for you to obtain 275/40/17's?

rob_g
well i ony started i new 1 coz , just fort more people would see this than if i just started mentioning it at the bottom of my other post. Nah i hant got any clearance issues at all, as its completely standard, but i was just looking for same size as what was on there already, but nowhere that iv askd can get hold of 275-17's whether its 35 or 40's
TrickTT
The rolling radius of a 275-35 is a bit small on a 17" rim anyway. You'd be better going for a 40 profile
garethr
Standard size is 255/40-17, right? 275/35-17 Difference -1.8% 275/40-17 Difference +2.5% http://www.powerdog.com/tiresize.cgi It seems to be easy enough to find 275/40-17 Michelin, Falken, Yokohama, and Kumho online, but it's obviously not a common size. Wez
I use to use 275 Kumho Supra on the rear stock 17" wheels, car feels alot more stable with stock 255. I only increased the size on the rear so cannot comment what difference it would make if you increased the front as well.
